After a healthful month-long stay in Thailand, Raw Chef and Instructor Asha Anahata Peri is back to conduct a two-day workshop called The Lighter Side of Raw 4: The Thai Spice of Life this coming October 22 – 23, 2011.
Thai Spice of Life is the fourth of the 10 weekend workshops that offers a unique experience that does not just focus on raw food preparations, but on attaining wellness as well.

The 2-day workshop includes:
- Preparation of Thai inspired recipe
- Discussion on how the six different taste affect your health, the uses of various herbs and spices, and flavor balancing
- Recipes demos
- Knowledge about raw ingredients
- Handling of equipment and dehydration
- Concious community raw food preparation
- Creative recipe making
