Inauguration of ISTITUTO CULINARIO

After the tour at Istituto Culinario our guide Chef Chris led us to Celebrity Chef Cyrille Soenen’s Brasserie CiÇou where the party was happening that night.

Located at the ground floor of OB Montesorri building, Brasserie CiÇou is where the Istituto Culinario’s internship program will be held.  During the launching party, everyone feasted on different variety of French dishes prepared by the chefs and the students of the institution.

Divided into seven stations, the French degustacion made the night of celebration more festive and exciting.  I have not tried dining at Brasserie CiÇou but after sampling some of the dishes that they serve at the restaurant, my friend Glenn and I already planned to visit and dine there one of these days.
Awesome people, renowned chefs, and foodies, paired up with glorious food and free flowing wine, it was a night where everyone celebrated.  A celebration of great anticipation that in the coming years, Istituto Culinario will produce a new breed of culinary maestros that will change if not enhance the course of food industry. Here are some of the photos my sister Eichel and I took during the party.

Pastries! I went crazy over the Chocolate Canelle

While everyone is partying, these talented future culinary maestros are working their wonders in creating the dishes for everyone at the party.

Foodie friends.  It was nice seeing Arvi and Marmi again! Remember our lechon degustacion night at Pepitas?

The night wouldn't be complete without some surprises from Istituto Culinario, so they raffled off free short culinary course and dinner for two at Brasserie CiCou which foodie friends Frannywanny and Mrs. Tales From The Tummy, Irene won respectively.

Indeed it was a night to remember. Everyone is looking forward to the success of Istituto Culinario. After all, with its strong foundation and solid reputation hailing from the time that it carries a different name, Istituto Culinario is set and ready to take the world of culinary arts by storm.
