I have been meaning to attend Yummy Magazine's cooking demos, especially when they launched Pass The Plate, months ago, but unfortunately, my schedule was way too crazy. I've experienced attending cooking demos by Yummy before and I love the fact that I didn't just enjoyed those demos but I learned from it as well. Good thing though that last Saturday, I was able to drop by at Robinsons Galleria where they conducted their recent demo in partnership with Lady's Choice.
The demo with the theme Noche Buena aimed to start off the Christmas month with delicious flair.
While I was thrilled to learn exciting recipes and easy-to-do dishes just in time for the holiday season, my excitement was taken a notch because my friend and fellow foodie Chef Katherine Jao was one of the chefs who performed during the demo. Another equally talented chef who graced the demo was Chef Dianne dela Cruz of Lady's Choice.

The event was hosted by the lovely Mellow 94.7 radio jock, Ingrid Nieto who never failed to impress the audience with her impressive hosting skills and charm. The participants also got the chance to win exciting prizes courtesy of Yummy Magazine, Lady's Choice, Masflex Cookware, and Fujidenzo.

The cooking demonstrations were not only filling as guests were given sample of the dishes that were prepared by the chefs, but more importantly, it was a fun filled afternoon full of cooking tips that everyone can use when preparing delightful dishes for their loved ones.
Food artist and Yummy Magazine's contributing chef Katherine Jao demonstrated three delicious recipes; Baked Lapu-Lapu, Christmas Fried Rice, and Clam Capellini Pasta. These recipes can be found on Yummy Magazine's December Issue "A Holiday Feast" spread.
Chef Dianne on the other hand prepared two salad dishes using Lady's Choice Mayonnaise.
Although the cooking demo was short, I enjoyed it immensely and I am looking forward to more Yummy Cooking Demos in the future.
