Goodwill Coffee: Go Healthy with Premium Organic Instant Coffee

Have you ever tried ditching an old habit in exchange for something healthier? Say for instance, giving up your favorite brand of coffee and shifting to something relatively the same but infused with healthy ingredients such as moringa and spirulina? I think that's the challenge we all should take with the help of Goodwill Coffee

I will be very honest here. I will be painfully honest that I wouldn’t mind throwing caution to the wind by admitting that as a twenty-something foodie who vowed to try even the most sinful of food while she can still get away with it, I can never be a candidate for the most healthiest person ever to walk on earth. Not to mention the kind of work that I have which entails writing, editing, and post processing photos for clients until the ungodly hours of the morning. Suffice it to say, I lead a risky life and truth be told, there’s a lot of ditching to do.

But let me start with baby steps. No, scratch that. Let US start with baby steps, shall we?

Although freshly brewed coffee is always a delight to a coffee-lovers’ heart, most of us still love the convenience that we can get from instant coffee. I myself patronize products such as that because I am on the go most of the time. And while I would love to drink coffee to my heart’s content, the peril of having much too much is not something I could not bend my conscience quite enough to ignore. Having too much coffee is not good for our health, that’s a given fact.

Enter Goodwill Coffee. A new player in the field of premium organic instant coffee made of Arabica and robusta beans with powdered moringa and spirulina.

I have to admit that I was a tad adamant to try it at first. Moringa and spirulina on my coffee are big words which I do not encounter on a day to day basis. These babies sounded so healthy and virtuous I was so afraid they might judge the unhealthiness of my intestine. Okay, I am kidding. But seriously, moringa is known to be one of natural multi-vitamins while spirulina is tagged as super-food that helps strengthens immune system as it controls high blood pressure and cholesterol.

So indeed, they are healthy. And it is an unwritten law that we do not chicken out when we are talking about things that can do us good. So, despite the apprehension, I merrily drank my first cup of Goodwill Coffee and truth be told, I fell in love with it. Not just because of the fact that it is a healthy cuppa joe but also because the taste was delighting to the palate, not assaulting as I expected it to be.The aroma reminded me of a beautiful morning when only good things are bound to happen, trust me, it has that magic.

I do not want to sound like an infomercial for cup noodles, but believe me when I say that for each pack of Goodwill Coffee, all you have to do is add hot water. The coffee crystals come with non-dairy creamer, minimally processed brown sugar, and just a bit of white sugar for a good measure. I appreciate the distinct spunk of coffee taste because that is what I want my coffee to be.

If you have been reading my blog, you have probably noticed how I rarely write about instant coffee. But Goodwill Coffee blew me away that I can recommend it to some of you who are looking for healthy alternative to the usual caffeine you enjoy. Like what I have mentioned my dear friends, baby steps.
