Get In My Belly: Brookies and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recently I was introduced to two products made by a food business aptly named Get In My Belly ~ the One Bite Brookies and Chocolate Chip Cookies. I wouldn't beat around the bush here and get the message across right away. Because seriously, these two are some of the best baked goodies in Manila I have tried recently. And with the holiday season just around the corner, these goodies could be a perfect Christmas gift to your loved ones.

Get In My Belly is an online business that specializes in baked goodies specifically brookies and chocolate chip cookies. They do join food fairs and bazaars as well and I heard that they do accept bulk orders for events such as birthday parties and the likes.

Get in my belly baked goodies are packaged in a plastic tub that makes it easy to carry wherever you go. I am not sure about you, but personally, I always have stash of baked goodies in my bag to combat an ill bouts of cravings for something as comforting as baked goodies.

Brookies is not really something new to me. I was first introduced to this concept that boasts of hybrid of brownies and cookies at a new dessert place located in Shangri La Mall, Wicked. The difference however is that Get In My Belly's version of it comes in bite size.

Get In My Belly's Brookies is literally a cookie inside a brownie. Both downright chocolately and moist (praise heavens!). I love that it comes in bite size for easy popping into your mouth, but as with anything as delicious as these babies, I wouldn't mind having a bigger size of it as well.

Equally satisfying is the bliss inducing Chocolate Chip Cookies by Get In My Belly. I am not sure if I have mentioned this before, but I am a fan of chewy soft and moist chocolate chip cookies. I don't dig crispy dry variants, so Get In My Belly's rendition of it is a sure winner for me.

It's softness is one thing I love about these cookies, and the generosity of semi sweet chocolate chips is another. It can be a perfect combination with either a glass of warm milk, or coffee, or even tea. But if you eat it on its own, you wouldn't be disappointed either.

Comforting at its finest, even my 4 year old nephew took a great liking for this cookies, considering he is a picky eater and slowly loosing his strong grip on being a sweet tooth.

I wish that Get In My Belly would soon developed other products which are as good as their brookies and cookies. I also have high hopes that they would eventually have a store or even a stall where we can drop by to grab some tubs of these heavenly goodies. There are a lot of online food businesses that sells baked products which I have come across with. Some are just plain forgettable while the others are downright impressive. Get In My Belly is one of those which I could recommend.
